I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. They even upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and the view overlooking the square was absolutely amazing. Everything was well maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and outstanding staff. Thank you for making my stay so special!
Nothing significant. There were a couple of small things missing at first, but the staff responded immediately and provided everything I needed. Their excellent service made the experience even better.

Excellent staff, friendly, and approachable very helpful with the surrounding area
I came in very early in the morning and was happy to be greeted by a friendly attentive staff member who provided me with a welcome drink and a full breakdown of the area
It was a little difficult to go up the stairs, but also provided an extra layer of security

The staff are Eeman, Rahma and Irini are so welcoming and eager to help to help out
1. The noise from the outside through the window is disturbing. It will be good if they change the windows to soundproof.
2. If they’ll change the floors in the rooms to tiles, it’ll give more classy and good ambiance
