Giovanna and Mauro are the best hosts we have ever had. The house is so cozy and has an amazing view to the beautiful Italian Rivera. They were so welcoming it was almost unbelievable. Do not hesitate twice to pick this place, you will not regret it. Book it without any doubt. They gave us some of their delicious home-made olive oil to cook and some lemons from their own trees to take home. We had troubles with the car, so they made many arrangements, so we could feel comfortable. The house is very well located (you can get to Ventimiglia in 13 min by car and to Montecarlo in 30), has an amazing view, the hosts are great, the size of the house is perfect, the beds are comfortable, the shower is so relaxing, I could go on and on and on. To conclude, this house was a magnificent part of our family trip to the Italian Rivera. I really wish we could back soon!!!!

Fantastico!

This place is a hidden gem. A really special place, out of the crowds, in the mountains, with beautiful views. The house has a good shower, good beds, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. We stayed there for 5 nights and ate at home 5 nights because of the beautiful view and the unique place. The owners are heart warming. We will gladly come back. Thank you Giovanna & Mauro; we loved your place!

The owners were fabulous- friendly and did lots of little things to make our short stay more comfortable

It was a little tricky to find- but in fairness we should have looked at the address and contacted the owner in advance. And it was definitely worth the 10 minutes taken to find it.

Enjoyful stay

The hosts were a very lovely couple, who have a great joy to welcome their guests. We met at Latte, they brought a friend who knows our language, so we had not any communication problems. They brougt us to the location, which is 6-7 minutes away from Latte center. Even the road was not to much comfortable, the large two room accomondation and the great view, the stillness was beautiful. We had everything in our room which we could need during our stay. Our hosts explained everything detailed before they left. In the morning before we departed we had a nice conversation. I wish the best for them for the future, because they deserve it in every way. Thank you again for the great hospitality.

We wanted to spend our summer holiday at a serene, tranquil place with magnificent views of green hills and mountains, and this is exactly what we got at Il Casotto del Nonno: peace, quiet and panorama.

Nette, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft für mäßige Lage und Preis/Leistung

Sehr liebe und sympathische Gastgeber, auch mit Sprachbarriere einigermaßen gute Verständigung. Trotz schwieriger Lage schnell in der Stadt oder in Frankreich und Monaco. Tolle und moderne Ausstattung, italienischer Flaire. Küchenausstattung, Klimaanlage und Bad waren top, die Mückengitter waren Gold wert. Der Aussenbereich ist sicher süß, aber bei Regen sind wir nicht dazu gekommen es wirklich zu nutzen.

Für das Wetter können Sie nichts, aber durch die erhöhte Lage ist man stärker vom Regen als sonst betroffen.. die letzte Strecke ist mit einem VW Bus zwar machbar, aber mit Nervenkitzel begleitet, vor allem die für ein großes Auto begrenzten Wendemöglichkeiten und doch starke Steigungen erschweren es.. Ziemlich abgelegen, für manche sicher schön oder auch das was man möchte, für uns war das leider nicht ideal.. Die Aussicht war etwas enttäuschend, Meerblick ist mehr oder weniger ein echter Meerblick, da die Autobahnbrücke zuvor kommt. Preis Leistung war mir für diese Unterkunft etwas unverhältnismäßig.

L'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires; Giovanna et Mauro étaient vraiment aux petits soins avec nous. La situation géographique, la beauté du site. Le confort du logement, le calme. Le prix du séjour attractif.

Vacanza al mare col sapore di montagna

L'ambiente interno ampio, pulito e funzionale, lo spazio esterno altrettanto ampio e estremamente panoramico ( zona barbecue, gazebo e terrazza affacciata sui monti liguri). E a soli 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Latte.

La mancanza di un centro per una passeggiata serale, senza l'utilizzo dell'automobile, ma questo non pregiudica la bella vacanza trascorsa.

Prachtige comfortabele woning voor vakantie op een rustig gelegen plek.

De zorgzame betrokkenheid van gastvrouw en heer. Een woning waar alles voor handen is. Rustig gelegen en toch centraal om de omgeving te verkennen. Wij waren met z'n 2en, maar de woning is voor meer personen te huren. Het grote terras biedt verschillende mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten en heeft een schitterend uitzicht. Het is tevens van een zitgelegenheid in de schaduw voorzien.

Heerlijke week gehad, fijn huis en genoten van alle uitstapjes.

Het was een superschoon huis, prachtige douche, heerlijk terras en hele lieve eigenaren!

het laatste stukje van de weg bleef ik een beetje eng vinden maar t uitzicht en t terras boven maakt alles goed! prachtig😀
