We have stayed here at least three times and are going back in July. Great place to base yourself from. 10 min walk to MRT, 15 to union mall and central mall and BTS ...two stops MRT to Chatuchak weekend market. Good sized apartment with separate bedrooms and private bathroom. Microwave and kettle. Daily bottles of water and cleaning. Onsite Massages, pool, cafe and gym...you actually don't need to go anywhere! The staff are always helpful and super friendly 🤗

It would be helpful to have a dish drying rack and a small bottle of dishwasher liquid available. Also a cloth to clean the bench. Other than that it's great!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in Bangkok. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and I appreciate their effort during our stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the manager, who completely ruined the experience from day one. He was extremely rude, arrogant, and showed no respect toward guests. Whenever we raised a concern, his response was always, “I don’t know” or “I have nothing to do with it,” instead of trying to help or provide any solution. For example, there was an issue with the water supply, and when we asked the manager when it would be fixed, his answer was simply, “I don’t know,” with no concern or follow-up. If the manager doesn’t know what is happening in the property, then who does? His attitude made us feel unwelcome and frustrated throughout our stay. When people go on vacation, they want to relax and enjoy their time—not deal with disrespectful behavior from management. The rooms were okay, but not as clean as expected based on the hotel’s ratings. The bathrooms especially need more attention. This hotel has good staff and potential, but management seriously needs improvement. One bad manager can damage the reputation of the entire property.
