"The house in St. Brieuc was really wonderful! Fully equipped with tremendous details and a beautiful garden. The house is located very close to the city center (5 minutes walk) and there are a lot of beaches nearbye. We have spent 2 weeks there with 4 children and the house and the garden where like paradise to them. There are a lot of books for children and the atmosphere of the house is very warm. Nadine, the owner was very very friendly and helped us in all our questions. We really had a great time."

Mme Beausman est une personne très accueillante. Sa maison est très cosy, idéale pour une famille. Sa situation est parfaite pour visiter la côte nord de la Bretagne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison agréable à vivre. A 10 mins à pied du centre-ville et proche des commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, centre commercial). Les pièces sont de taille appréciable et hautes sous plafond. Le jardin, clôturé, est idéal pour y faire jouer les enfants en bas âgé en toute sécurité. L’équipement est tout à fait satisfaisant (LV, micro-onde, LL, TV, bbq). La chambre principale dispose d’un grand dressing. Les 3 autres chambres sont également tout à fait correctes. La cuisine, qui donne sur le jardin est le cœur de cette maison. Très agréable pour des vacances ; on s’y sent comme chez soi.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa per una settimana in 6 adulti. La casa è situata nei pressi del centro. Pur essendo situata fronte strada, il posto era assolutamente tranquillo. il giardino è spazioso e ben curato. La casa è molto grande, spaziosa, le stanzi molto ampie e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza problemi. L'arredamento è particolare a mio gusto molto bello e molto adatto per il tipo di casa. La signora Nadine è gentilissima. Consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno.

Très belle maison de caractère et bien décorée. Les pièces sont spacieuses, avec tous les rangements nécessaires. Il faut aussi profiter du joli jardin, calme et charmant. Cette maison est très bien située, on peut se rendre dans "Le Vieux St-Brieuc" à pied. On recommande le marché du samedi qui vaut le déplacement. Nadine Beaussan est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et recommandons sans hésiter cette location.
