About this chalet rental
We rent a unique chalet by its location that we completely renovated in 2018. It is an old sheepfold dating from 1874 inhabited by "the old lady with hens". We have converted it into two independent apartments of 110 m2 each.
It is located at the bottom of the hiding track, still snow-covered thanks to numerous snow cannons.
You leave and arrive on skis in front of the chalet. Children can descend to the ski school by an easy slope in 30 seconds.
The village of Arc 1600 and its shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot as well as the funicular which allows you to connect Bourg Saint Maurice.
We welcome you personally on your arrival, your luggage and your groceries will be transported by us in a caterpillar. The most tired can also enjoy it.
On the ground floor :
-bedroom 1 with private bathroom, double bed 160 possibility of adding a mattress for 1 person
-bedroom 2 double bed 160.
-bedroom 3 double bed 160 and 1 folding single bed
-bedroom 4 dormitory 4 single beds 80.
- ski locker with boot dryer and storage.
-2 separate toilets.
-2 bathrooms.
Upstairs:
-piece to live with fully equipped kitchen
-wood stove.
- 35 m2 terrace facing south, breathtaking view.
