Vacation home Oasi delle Gazze near Frasassi Caves

The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. I liked it a lot.

This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages around Arcevia if there had been time. The apartment has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard; it has kept it's character but is modern bright and very comfortable with a range of useful kitchen and bathroom appliances. Both indoor and outdoor areas have been well thought out for the needs of visitors. Our hosts Sabina and Michele were extremely helpful and welcoming. We could not have asked for anything more from either the apartment or our hosts. We only stayed 3 nights, but would have been happy there for a 2 week holiday.

La vacanza è stata meglio delle aspettative. I proprietari veramente gentili. L'accoglienza superlativa e consiglio di assaggiare le cose buone che prepara Sabina! Perfetto per i cagnolini e ve lo dice una proprietaria di una mezza tacca molto difficile di carattere e territoriale. Casa pulitissima e atmosfera di pace e relax. Grazie per averci ospitato. Lascio sempre qualche consiglio dopo avere trascorso una vacanza: un quadernetto sul tavolino per lasciare una dedica ai proprietari e ai prossimi ospiti: l'ho cercato ma non conoscendo la zona non sono riuscita a trovarlo. Grazie ancora per il bel tempo trascorso da voi e per averci lasciato la casa dandoci fiducia ... Cosa non scontata!

Grazie a Sabina e Michele che ci hanno ospitato con il sorriso. Un soggiorno rigenerante immerso nel verde. Casa deliziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario. La consigliamo sicuramente.

Wij vonden dit een uitstekende vervanging van kamperen. Met een gezin van 3 zijn wij niets tekort gekomen en volledig tot rust. Sabina was uitermate vriendelijk en het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. De stilte was oorverdovend en er is zoveel moois en lekkers te beleven dat wij zeker terugkomen.
