The holiday house TERRAMARE is part of a villa situated halfway up in the countryside and overlooking the sea with views across the field towards the Aeolian Islands. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a kitchen entrance with sofa bed. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace and it is air-conditioned. The rest of the House can be occupied from time to time by the owners. The place is easily accessible as it is located near the motorway, exit at Tusa, located behind the home side. Thanks to the favourable location you can easily reach the most important tourist sites in Sicily. The nearest town is Castel di Tusa, a small fishing village at about 2 km, equipped with essential services, such as restaurants, shops and lidos necessities.
A car to move is necessary.

Wir waren in der 2. Septemberwoche 2017 für eine Woche zu Gast im Terramare.
Das sehr modern eingerichtete Appartement können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Einen schöneren Ausblick kann man sich kaum vorstellen....und dass man zusätzlich noch mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt wird ist wohl nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich.
Da man sehr abseits wohnt ist ein eigenes Auto allerdings unbedingt erforderlich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung beschränken sich auf einen ARD-Markt (Discounter) in Castel di Tusa, ca. 5-10 Auto-Minuten entfernt in Castel di Tusa. Eine Panificio für die morgendlichen frischen Brötchen gibt es leider nicht. Im ARD-Markt gibt es aber täglich frisches Baguette, so dass dieses kleine Manko kein wirkliches Problem darstellt.

Liebe Ornella und Giacomo,
wir hatten das große Glück Euer wunderschönes Domizil „terramare“ hier bei fewo-direkt zu finden und drei Wochen von Mitte August bis Anfang September 2016 bei Euch verbringen zu können.
Die Lage hoch über dem Meer mit der wunderbaren Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse und dem ersten Blick am Morgen noch vom Bett im Schlafzimmer , Eure Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe in jeder Lebenslage, machten den Aufenthalt zur wahren Erholung und Genuss.
Das frische Gemüse aus Eurem Garten ließen wir uns sehr gerne schmecken.
Die Nähe zu der Autobahnauffahrt und der Landstrasse SS 113 am Meer entlang, insbesondere auch dem Ort Cefalu, aber auch die schnelle Erreichbarkeit aller sehenswerten Städte auf der gesamten Insel, machen Euer ruhig gelegenes Domizil zum idealen Ausgangspunkt die Insel zu erobern.
Ein Auto ist jedoch absolut erforderlich, wie es auch schon in der Beschreibung steht.
Gerne bestätigen wir, dass das Domizil absolut den eingestellten Bildern entspricht und Alles Notwendige in Küche und Wohnung vorhanden ist. Der wöchentliche Handtuch und Bettwäsche-Wechsel war perfekt.
Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.
