About this apartment rental
"Casa Jole" is an independent apartment which has been recently renovated retaining the Apulian style of the early '900. The apartment is located in the center of the city of Monopoli Murat, a few meters from the sea and the old town.
GUEST ACCESS
The house is on one level and consists of:
- Large living room with sofa bed, LED TV, DVD player;
- Well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and extendable table with the availability of other chairs;
- Bathroom with large shower and sanitary;
- Laundry room with washer, wash, clothesline, iron and ironing board;
- 1st bedroom with four-poster bed, a cot available for babies, reading area, desk and antique dresser;
- 2nd bedroom with queen size bed in bamboo, reading corner, a wardrobe and d 'antique dresser.
Each room has a balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and heating. It also has a safe with personalized combination, bike rental with parking in the atrium of entrance door and first aid medical box.
THE DISTRICT
The area is easily accessible and is full of businesses of all types (eg. Shops, supermarkets, tobacco, etc.). The car parks adjacent to the hotel are free. A mini-market is located right across the street.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The owners will be on hand for all needs and will be happy to provide not only information relevant to your stay (eg. Places to visit, restaurants, etc.), But also a very useful shuttle service (eg. To / from the airport, from / to the station, to / from neighboring resorts).
OTHER THINGS TO HIGHLIGHT
Please note - extra to pay on arrival:
• Deposit: € 300 - the deposit will be fully refunded at check-out after checking the condition of the premises - Required
• Electricity: the rate includes 50 kW - the excess consumption is Accounted for € 0.30 per kW / h
• Heating: 50 € per week (7 € per day) - Required from 11/01/2016 to 04/24/2016.
• Bike rental: 25 € per bike per stay
• Shuttle to / from airport: 100 €
• Tourist tax: 1 € per person per day (children under 12 are exempt from the fee) - Mandatory

We felt at home in Casa Jole during a sunny week in April. Lucrezia and Domenico were very kind and helped us with everything we had to know about the flat and the surroundings. Casa Jole is well equipped - we didn't miss anything. The walking distance to the historic parts of the town and to the old ports is about 5 to 10 minutes. Shops to buy vegetables and bread are around the corner. Interesting towns like Ostuni, Bari, the Trulli area (Alberobello/Locorotondo), Martina Franca, Cisternino, Polignano are easily reached by car and even driving to Matera doesn't take more than about 90 minutes.
Coming back to Monopoli we will certainly book Casa Jole again.
