About this villa rental
Three bedroom modern detached villa with secluded private over flow pool, pool side shower, pool side covered BBQ area with sink and fridge etc, sun loungers, sun shades, external lighting to terraces, pool and surroundings, secluded landscaped gardens, off street parking for two vehicles. Large terraces front and rear. Air-conditioning. Peaceful location with sea and mountain views. 5 minute drive to beach, water sports, restaurants and supermarkets. 25 miles to golf course. 15 -20 minute drive to the harbour town of Kyrenia. Pool table (6'x3"), table tennis (full size) darts. English speaking caretaker to tend to gardens and pool maintenance, professionally maintained 10mx5m pool (Pools R Us) 2 visits per week Summer and one Winter. Linens provided. Fully fitted modern European kitchen. Free WiFi. Bottled cold water machine. Electric use is NOT included in rental payment, you pay by the meter. Checkout is 12pm on departure day.

Location, Location, Location.
The best things about the villa are the pool and the views- just spectacular.
Communication with Huseyin and his Uncle were perfect, making our whole stay so relaxing. We were even offered early checkin and late check out, but sadly were unable to take up the late check out offer.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a family of four.

What an amazing time me and my family had! Both owner and uncle were amazing. Very rapid responses. There was an a slight issue with the pool lights. but this was easily sorted and very quickly I may add! The location is stunning the Mountain View’s were breathtaking. We watched the lightening over the sea which was lovely.
We took full use of their lovely big pool, the children loved it. Pool table and darts were added bonus.
I would definitely recommend staying here owners are lovely and very helpful. Thank you so much for letting us share your home. You were so welcoming a big thank you from our family

Brilliant villa in a brilliant location, really enjoyed the stay, especially the views and pool cannot fault it, looking forward to hopefully going back.

Villa was spacious although a little tired. Pool was lovely, although turned slightly green at one point but thiz was rectified quickly. There was some rubbish around the pool area and the villa had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Despite this we did have a nice holiday and the owner was helpful when contacted
