Great stay at a great location.

The location is great, just next to Miara ski lift. The apartment was clean and exactly as described.

Good location and comfort.

Comfortable and big enough apartment, we had everything we needed and the location was very good for our daily ski and good for other needs. It's clean and kept well for our needs and although we never met them the management was accessible by chat or phone when needed.

We didn't expect to find the parkings full, but the nearby paying parking was close and cheap enough. The WiFi has been a struggle, especially in the evenings: if your planning to remote working while there that will likely be an issue.

Attention!

Somehow nothing

The apartment is old, small and not well equipped (no shelves, no chairs, no extra trash bags ... ) . It was not prepared for the second child although I had already checked-in and I didn't like that they tried to make us pay 150€ (75€ per person!) instead of 21€ of city tax (they told me that they didn't understand that I'm Italian, they thought that I'm foreign; so?!)

Amazing location for exploring the Dolomites

Fantastic location in a lovely village with lots of amenities. Great for exploring the local area . Beds were really comfy and host was really helpful . We enjoyed our stay .

Centrally located ciasa

We were welcomed by a very friendly host and the communication was prompt at all times. The residence is located close to restaurants and has many options for hikes/walks within walking distance.

Miejsce wybrane ze wzgledu na lokalizacje i cene. O tej porze roku w tej okolicy ceny sa absurdalne. Maly apartament, ale wystarczajacy na kilka dni pobytu. Dobrze wyposarzona kuchnia , duzo miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy. Apartament wymaga nieco odswierzenia. Bardzo mila i pomocna Pani gospodyni w szczegolnosci jesli chodzi o miejsca parkingowe.

Poniewaz stan apartamentu i jego wielkosc mozna zobaczyc na zdjeciu nie bylo to wielkim zaskoczeniem. Zaskoczenie to brak miejsca parkingowego lub raczej nie zawsze dostepnego chyba w zwiazku z tym, ze jest wiecej apartamentow niz miejsc przeznaczonych dla gosci.

La posizione vicino agli impianti e anche al centro . La cucina nuovissima e super accessoriata , letti comodi compreso il divano letto. Anche bagno ristrutturato.

Da ridipingere la camera da letto. Essendo sulla strada potrebbe dar fastidio il rumore delle auto ma le auto che passano sono poche …

Piacevole ma con delle criticità

La vicinanza al centro, alle fermate di trasporto pubblico e agli impianti di risalita. Molto apprezzata la presenza di una piccola lavastoviglie.

Il monolocale si è presenta accogliente tuttavia manchevole di alcuni dettagli inerenti alla pulizia: abbiamo trovato negli sportelli una caffettiera non pulita e un sacchetto di plastica appallottolato, indice di un mancato controllo e ri-pulizia degli armadietti della cucina. Il letto non presentava il copri-materasso, ideale per garantire una maggiore igiene. Sotto la panca abbiamo invece riscontrato molta polvere e filtri di sigaretta. L’appartamento presentava in generale molti arredi o accessori danneggiati che se sostituiti eleverebbero l’aspetto generale: uno specchio ausiliario rotto (posto accanto a quello più grande) e una panca la cui imbottitura si stacca dal supporto di legno esponendo chiodi, non sono il massimo della sicurezza. Le finestre non presentano scuri o serrande e le tende presenti non sono oscuranti, essendo in centro città la notte la stanza risulta comunque parecchio illuminata potendo causare qualche problema di sonno ai più sensibili. I Guest Pass ci sono stati forniti in ritardo, nonostante il checkin effettuato precedentemente online, questo ci ha impedito di organizzare determinate escursioni tra cui le Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Lokacija odlična i ništa drugo

Uređenost apartmana na iznimno lošoj razini, moglo bi se najbolje opisati kao neuredno jer nije ofarbano godinama, zidovi ispucani, fale dijelovi žbuke oko vrata od sobe, na stropu vidljivi tragovi od vlage, odvod na umivaoniku jedva da ide voda, sve staro, ali to je manji problem. Preskupo za takvu kvalitetu smještaja.
