Ultra personalised service and next level attention to detail. Our Villa host Tharif was extremely helpful, polite and efficient and made sure all our needs were met the whole trip. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. It's a beautiful location, very private and exclusive. Great food and drinks and incredible value. Perfect experience there

The water villa was of very good size for family of 4. It was very comfortable from the start. Tharif was a perfect butler he helped us with all the reservations for the restaurant. He was very helpful in guiding us with all the other activities around like water-sports, tennis etc. We had a lovely stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff were incredible, facilities brilliant, room was epic!
Best food and drink menu for an all inclusive, cocktails were not watered down as so many other resorts are, constant flow of good food and wine.
Staff were always friendly and smiling and couldn't do enough for you, butler was always on hand to do anything you needed but also left you to it
Buffet breakfast was amazing
We will definitely be returning!!
The edges of the boardwalk are very low, could be a hazard when riding bikes, or for little ones

All staff were extremely friendly and obliging. The staff at Aqua, the Beach grill, sunset bar, Asiatique, the Tepinyaki and the Eclipse bar were all fantastic. Katak who serviced our room twice a day was exceptional so was our host Tharif. Thank you all for making our holiday an exceptional experience.
