Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa-Deluxe All Inclusive

Property was immaculate. Nice rooms. Beautiful views of the ocean. But most importantly the people. From Jude to Washim and most importantly our chief butler Wisham. He was the game changer . Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly going above and beyond in helping my wife and me with everything we needed. Wisham , we will definitely visit emerald again because of you Sir!

No complaints but the water pressure of the shower can be a bit higher

Great value for money! Nice food, good reef, spacious villa, fantastic staff. Chef is great! Our butler Visham did a great job.

Pool water was too hot, so pool was mostly unusable. Transfer from airport is worse than from more upscale hotels: common bus, poor service, poor lounge.

The staff were outstanding! Wisham, Jude and Rai must get a special mention as they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay and made memories. However every single member of staff shone in their own way and were always soo pleasant and ready to help. The wine selection is fantastic and the overwater villas are to die for!

From the moment we arrived, our experience felt nothing short of magical. We stayed as a couple in a Water Villa with a private pool, and it was everything you dream of when imagining the Maldives—spacious, beautifully designed, new, and impeccably clean, with direct access to the most crystal-clear water. To reach the resort you have to take a seaplane, which by itself it is a beautiful experience where you can see the beautiful panorama the country has to offer. We chose this resort to celebrate a birthday, and I can honestly say the team went above and beyond in every possible way to make it unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the genuinely cared. The all-inclusive experience here is, without exaggeration, the best we’ve ever had. Unlimited food and beverages across all four restaurants (just like 2/3% is at extra cost), with consistently high quality and variety—it truly exceeded our expectations. You never feel restricted; instead, you feel encouraged to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The island itself is stunning. The beaches are pristine, the water is unbelievably clear, and the house reef is ok for those who wants to snorkel right off the shore. On top of that, the resort offers fantastic excursions, where you have the chance to explore breathtaking reefs and swim alongside manta rays and turtles. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Every single person made us feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is something rare. They don’t just provide service—they create an experience. A special shout-out to the team at the Sunset Bar for their incredible energy and hospitality. We would also like to give an honorable mention to Nitim, Richi, Nitim, and Siri from the Food & Beverage team—always kind, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. Elena from Guest Relations was wonderful, ensuring we were fully satisfied of our stay.

Prices for extras and the excursion were quite expensive. Although, I think it’s the average price you find in other luxurious resorts in the Maldives.
