Hotel Pasarela

Every aspect met the highest standards...fantastic location, huge room, strong AC, plenty of hot water, and complete breakfast. The one aspect that stood out the most was the customer service that the entire owner family provided...including fantastic meal options in the restaurant. I stayed there a week and would enjoy staying there permanenently...that is how good it was. For older people service is so important and an excellent example was the arranging of my direct bus transport from Berat to Korce...Parid not only made the reservation for me, but he also arranged for the bus to pick me up outside the hotel. If you go to Berat I strongly suggest that you pick Hotel Pasarela.

People who work there are very hospitable and ready to help you with all. All experience was above all expectation. Value for money is also more than expected. Location is great. Breakfast was decent. Nothing bad about this hotel.

Only thing that can be little bit better was breakfast but it was decent.

We were stranded in Berat due to a storm and had to find a place to sleep instead of driving back to Tirana at night. Pasarela was a nice find for the location, very helpful and nice staff, managed to secure a parking space for our car at arrival and explained all the check-in and breakfast. Breakfast is ok.

The rooms are old fashion but it doesn't mean they're bad. A lot of stuff needs fixing, shower curtains, toilet was not fixed, bad smell in the bathroom. Other than that bed was ok and I could have a night of fairly good sleep, which was what I was after.
