About this villa rental
Holiday house for rent in the south-west of Madrid ideal for groups or families. It has two floors and a fenced and independent plot of 1500 mtrs. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, upstairs there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath. The heating is by diesel. Outside you will find the pool (only enabled in the summer months), several terraces one of them roofed, garden, and barbecue. There is space to park five cars inside the property, two of them inside the garage.
I admit pets but with an extra cost of € 35 for cleaning.

Alojamiento con grandes vistas, en una urbanización elevada.
Casa muy completa y muy limpia. Los propietarios muy atentos y pasamos una semana de invierno estupenda. Quizás la casa está algo vieja y necesita algún retoque, pero lo compensa sus puntos positivos.

La maison est très belle et fonctionnelle. Chaque famille peut avoir son coin à elle sans souci de part la disposition des chambres et des salles de bains. La terrasse principale est parfaite pour profiter des journées et des repas en famille. Arancha a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions . La piscine est juste parfaite et le cadre magnifique. L'environ est calme, on peut se reposer sans problème. Il y a à proximité un commerce, un restaurant et de quoi pratiquer des activités sportives. La localisation est aussi intéressante car à 45mn de Madrid, 45mn de Tolède et 1h20 de Ségovie.

Calme et espace!
Nous avons passé un séjour très sympa dans cette jolie maison spacieuse. La piscine est géniale et la vue sur la montagne est superbe.La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec un sourire radieux. Maison bien située proche des commodités et lieux touristiques essentiels. Séjour inoubliable!
