Villa Etienne - Key to Villas

We had specifically asked if the pool was available for our April visit and was told it was. A couple of days later we were informed that the pump needed a repair and the part was not available until after our stay. Disappointing, but we agreed a partial refund and kept the booking. Valentina met us at the property, corresponding by WhatsApp to help with the language barrier. The villa was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. Beds are comfortable. We had a few gripes. No internet on arrival - router arrive the following day. We felt that we were possibly the first guests of the season as there was no basic supplies in the kitchen - no salt, 6 peppercorns, no tea, coffee or sugar for a cuppa. Just a bottle of water in the fridge. Two dishwasher tablets and one teatowel for nine days. There was one very flat pillow each and a top sheet on the beds. Feather eiderdowns were packed in the wardrobes. We made do for a couple of nights before asking for more pillows as we were not sleeping well. They were sent the same day. I also mentioned to Valentina that there was no mirror in the double bedroom, which was noted. Location is in a quiet residential road, 10 minutes walk from town, 5 minutes drive to the Spin supermarket and in a good position for exploring the island.In summary, any issues were resolved upon asking. We hope that guests leave basics, as we did, for the next holidaymakers.

Vi giver dette sted vores varmeste anbefalinger. Hyggeligt lille hus med alt, hvad vi skulle bruge, god korrespondance med udlejeren, to gode strande i nærheden (hhv. 10 og 20 minutter i bil). Mega lækkert med egen pool. Her er det nemt selv at lave mad, men der er selvfølgelig også mange muligheder for at spise i byen, som ligger i 5-10 minutters afstand til fods eller 2 minutter i bil.

Die Finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und in einem gehobenen Viertel. Was man von Valledoria im direkten nicht immer sagen kann. Das Haus mit Grund ist großzügig, detailverliebt und hochmodern ausgestattet. Wir sind ein sehr kritisches Paar und hatten schon einige Fincen/ Ferienhäuser in Europa besucht. Dieses hier ist wirklich sauber, komplett eingerichtet und modern/ hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe mit anfangs 60 cm Tiefe bis zum hinteren Ende dann 1,70 m fließend übergehend. Also für Kinder und Schwimmer geeignet. Außerdem war der Pool immer sehr sauber und nie zu kalt. Die Betten waren etwas härter, dafür sind sie von einer renommierten Marke und sehr sauber gewesen. Man benutzt tatsächlich mal wasserundurchlässige Bezüge ohne das man jedoch schwitz. Das ganze Haus hatte immer ein sehr guten Raumklima, durch die gut abgestimmten Klimaanlagen von Lamborghini. TOP. Fernsehen funktioniert international, jedoch nicht auf deutsch, schade. Den Schlüssel erhält man aus einem Zahlenschlosstresor der direkt am Grundstück montiert ist, sodass man jederzeit An- und Abreisen kann ohne vorher jemanden zu kontaktieren. Leider wurde das DSL per Satellit an unserem ersten Urlaubstag installiert. Dafür kann ich aber nach einem Test sagen, dass eine Verbindung über 50 Mbit's kontinuierlich besteht. Nicht schlecht. Der Grill befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses mit direktem Zugang von der Poolseite. Anfangs hatten wir keine Kaffeemaschine. Ich kann leider nicht sagen, warum sowas bei der Entabnahme für die Gästefreigabe nicht aufgefallen ist aber Vallentina hat uns morgens direkt ein Cafe Americano und später dann in Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht. Außerdem dürften wir, aufgrund unserer Fahrverspätung um einige Stunden, länger am Abreisetag vor Ort bleiben ohne Aufschlag zu bezahlen.
