About this villa rental
Situated on a quiet residential street in the beautiful seaside village of Valledoria, Villa Etienne is just 1.5km from one of northern Sardinia's best beaches - San Pietro a Mare - and boasts a private swimming pool and small back garden.
There is luxury modern décor throughout and the villa is bright and cool in the summer time, and also benefits from air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room, which all have access to the back garden and 1 family bathroom with luxury modern fittings.
From the living/kitchen area, French doors lead to the sheltered terrace and outdoor seating area which is perfect for meal times and enjoying the delicious Sardinian food.
Sofa bed in the living room can host preferably 2 children.
From the terrace and outdoor eating area the swimming pool is just a few steps away.
The newly fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utility area with washing machine.
A short walk into town you will find many shops, including fresh food and mini-supermarkets, wonderful restaurants and cafes, some local bars and offers of activities for all ages.
The surrounding area offers fantastic opportunities to explore with some wonderful nature walks, incredible beaches and historic sites.

We had specifically asked if the pool was available for our April visit and was told it was. A couple of days later we were informed that the pump needed a repair and the part was not available until after our stay. Disappointing, but we agreed a partial refund and kept the booking. Valentina met us at the property, corresponding by WhatsApp to help with the language barrier. The villa was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. Beds are comfortable. We had a few gripes. No internet on arrival - router arrive the following day. We felt that we were possibly the first guests of the season as there was no basic supplies in the kitchen - no salt, 6 peppercorns, no tea, coffee or sugar for a cuppa. Just a bottle of water in the fridge. Two dishwasher tablets and one teatowel for nine days. There was one very flat pillow each and a top sheet on the beds. Feather eiderdowns were packed in the wardrobes. We made do for a couple of nights before asking for more pillows as we were not sleeping well. They were sent the same day. I also mentioned to Valentina that there was no mirror in the double bedroom, which was noted. Location is in a quiet residential road, 10 minutes walk from town, 5 minutes drive to the Spin supermarket and in a good position for exploring the island.In summary, any issues were resolved upon asking. We hope that guests leave basics, as we did, for the next holidaymakers.

Thanks Valentina, we had an excellent holidays.
The house is perfect, tiny but you have everything you could need.
You feel like at home.(beds are excellents and brand new)
From 2 min to 1h drive you have beautiful beaches,
Excellent food so far, and not expensive around valledoria.
It's true that valledoria is not Beverly hills, but is excellent and perfect if you just want to take a break and enjoy with your family.
I guess I'll be back next year.
My advise for future guess, if you a have a car and you don't like crowded places, get this house.
3/4 times at week somebody comes to race care of the pool.
So you just have to enjoy.
We have really enjoyed the bbq and the pool!!!lovely.
