Beautiful favorite apartment designed tastefully refined luxury, mountain views. Evasion ensured through the recreation area enjoyed by the installation of his residence, suitable for young and old heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hamamm. A residence or is on foot, skis or snowshoes, you lead pou kindergarten at the ski school or the shops, without disturbing the quiet of your holiday. Return by skis provided outside the apartment. This duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds 160/200 and a bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room Italian shower, 3 toilets, each room has a flat screen and as storage. A cozy kitchen with all facilities oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and other electronic devices formed. In the living room you will have a large sofa to laze. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet, two bedrooms Rc with bathroom and toilet, large balcony corner terrace equipped with a large garden. For your ski equipment premises on the Rc facilitate your departure on the slopes, possibility of having a garage in the basement of the residence with access equipped with a heating system anti snow surcharge (see a reservation) residence equipped with a lift accessible to the disabled.

Great apartment in great resort. Main resort centre is about 7 minutes walk, but there's a bakery, small supermarket and ski hire shop 2 minutes walk away. Can just about ski to and from Chalvet lift, but that's the rubbish side of the resort. 4 minutes walk to run to good side of mountain. Best bet in the afternoon is ski to the obelisk and take the 6 minute walk back from there.

The chalet is right on the green ski track from both sides. You acctualy see the bunny slopes from your bedroom window. Very central. Proxy supermarket is 100 meters away same for the bakery for fresh bagetes in the morning. All equipment is highly functional. Very recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chalet K. The Chalet is conveniently located at a ski in/out location close to a gondola. The Chalet is well appointed, warm (but with plenty of windows for fresh air), a well equipped Kitchenette, two clean and good sized bathrooms with plenty of towels, a washing machine, very comfortable beds and a convenient ski locker. ,

We loved this apartment. Plenty of room for 8 people. Amazing views. Fully equipped. Fluffy towels, pool towels. Loved the sauna. Communication was excellent. We were met at the door by concierge Thibault who was really helpful. The vrbo listing shows the apartment in the centre of Montgenevre on the map but it is actually in the Obelisk area. It is ski in ski out to the Chalvet lift and right next to Piou Piou. Spar and centre of town are an easy 10 minute walk. There’s a boulangerie about 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes walk to loads of restaurants. We would definitely return.

We had a lovely family time, ideally located to make the ski holidays' logistic as smooth as possible. ESF starts at the corner, little supermarket with good products & bakery just in front. Ski lift just next door and you can ski back to the place.

This is a lovely apartment. It is spacious and attractive. It has everything that a family needs for a week self catering. It was lovely to have a pool and sauna etc. The owner is kind and communicates quickly. The concierge, Thibaut, is excellent and very helpful indeed. The apartment is located in L'obelisque area, so it is a little quiet and less shops etc. For most restaurants etc you need a walk into the town 10-15 minutes. It is not quite ski in and ski out, but not far off! We would recommend this apartment and really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in Chalet K for a week in January. Our group was made up of 4 adults and 4 children and the accommodation was spacious enough for us all. The children loved the upstairs bedrooms and spa area. The chalet was well equipped and beautifully presented. The wifi signal was quick.

The apartment is well located in the obelisk area of the resort. The bedrooms are well presented with 2 on each floor, the upper floors have vaulted ceilings so the children loved them. Well appointed bathrooms (large shower room on the upper floor) easily accommodated 2 families (4 adults 4 children). The cosy living dining open plan floor accommodated us all in comfort. It was a little too cold to enjoy the balcony but panoramic views of the mountain were stunning. The rear of the property overlooks the luge and obelisk ESF area ( in high season). As we were late season it was not ski in / out but I am sure this works well when snow permits with on site boot room. The added bonus of the private spa added a touch of luxury to our stay, the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing which we mostly had to ourselves. Great concierge service and information from the owner ahead of our stay to accommodate our arrival and departure times that meant we maximised our time in the slopes. We would certainly return again to this apartment and would highly recommend it.

This truly is an amazing apartment. It is so comfortable and the attention to detail was fabulous. The owners have thought of every little thing that you would need in a self catering accommodation. I would rate this apartment interior a 5 star accommodation. The apartment is cosy and warm and the location and ski in ski out facilities were great. The service provided from both the owners and concierge were very efficient and informative. This is our second time skiing in Montgenèvre and our first stay in Chalet K, we will definitely use this accommodation when we return to Montegenvre. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed if you book this accommodation.

We had a great week in Montgenevre in late March 18. Great snow conditions, great skiing for beginners, intermediates and some really nice off-piste options for the more adventurous. The chalet is perfectly located next to the slopes on the Chalvet side, immediately next to the ESF Piou Piou and within 200m of ESF school, ski rental shops, boulangerie and mini market. The chalet has great facilities including heated ski locker and lovely pool and spa facilities which we used every day. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This 4 bedroom apartment is very high quality with good size bedrooms, very large bathrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen and living area and with a wonderful view. The furniture is all good quality and the interior design is alpine with a modern feel, the presentation is homely and welcoming. The well equipped kitchen along with the spa facilities, ski locker and so on are everything you could ask for. Thoroughly recommended. The Elliott Perez family of Chichester, England.
