About this chalet rental

Large spacious chalet completely renovated with 8 bedrooms + 8 bathrooms with WC + 1 separate WC + sauna 8 people + American kitchen + large living room + separate living room with home cinema + 2 ski rooms.

You can really ski to and from the door! Panoramic views of near and far mountains + Briançonnaise valley.
ESF and Espace Piou-piou 300m away (accessible directly on foot, by ski or by car).
Milky Way ski area (Via Lattea) with 400km of slopes in France / Italy.
With a 6-day lift pass you can ski for free for 1 day at Serre-Chevalier (20 min.), 2 Alpes, La Grave / Meije, Sauze d'Oulx (Italy), Sestriere (Italy).

ADVANTAGEOUS EQUIPMENT RENTAL CONDITIONS
The Ski Service store offers you a discount on the rental of your ski equipment:
- 20% during school holidays,
- 30% outside of school vacation periods.
The Ski Service store guarantees the best quality / price ratio of the resort.

In summer, there are a multitude of activities for adults and children. Contact the Office de Tourisme for details on the current Packages including ski lifts + cinema + golf initiation + pedal boat + paddle board + Climb in Forest. Extra cost for tennis, swimming pool, mountain bike / bicycle rental.

Great chalet for a group of 18 people of mixed ages, plenty of beds for everyone with a second lounge which was great for the younger guests. spent out evenings in cooking, playing cards and socialising. It was so nice we didn’t really venture out after a days skiing. Thank you Raymond it was superb !

Adjacent to the Chalmette slope and genuine ski in/out for a competent skier, a short bottom slide for a nervous one. The property easily accommodated 18 of us. Communication with the owner, Raymond is quick and even though we encountered no problem. Would highly recommend.

Our large extended family group loved staying at this wonderful chalet which has easy access to the slopes for experienced skiiers/boarders and a relatively short walk to ski school and nursery slopes for beginners. The chalet is well equipped and we loved the large communal kitchen/dining/lounge and terrace on the top floor. Raymond is a great host and always responded quickly to any queries or questions from our group. Hoping we can return again before too long!

This was our 2nd stay in this great chalet in Montgenevre and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. You can't ask for a better location - truly ski in and ski out! The host, Raymond is very communicative and friendly and even though everything is very nice, he keeps on upgrading the chalet. Highly recommended!

The chalet looks impressive from outside but once you go in it’s even more so. Large communal area on top with great views. Truly ski in and out and a variety of rooms very well furnished with lots of storage. Thanks Raymond.

The pictures are not lying: this is a truly magnificent chalet with a superb location and exclusive interior. The chalet is perfect for families going on vacation together and large enough to both have your personal space as well as very well functioning common areas. The communication with the owner, Raymond, has been second-to-none with very fast and always helpful responses. The only bad thing I have to say is that you can't have it in week 8 next year - we already booked it again :-)

We had a wonderful week in this great chalet. There were 15 of us and we had loads of room. The nearest ski slope was just a few paces from the door and you could ski straight down to the nearest lift in seconds. This is one of the best chalets we have ever stayed in.
