The apartment is located in a villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with large garden of 1. 000mq, surrounded by small houses and gardens. Ampio105 sq.m, very bright, is composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and m. or. Lounge with TV, DVD player, 1 double, 2 singles, bathroom with tub-shower, another small bathroom wc-laundry. There is parking in the garden, with automatic gate. The apartment has a separate entrance. PRICE varies depending on the required period and the number of persons, calculated on a family basis of 4 people, to which must be added 10 € per person, per night, than 4. L 'rent includes the use of the entire apartment to exclusive use, all utilities, bed linen and towels, WiFi internet connection and a parking space in the garden with automatic gate.
