About this house rental
Small oasis of tranquility and silence in the beating heart of the city.
Finely furnished, first entrance, equipped with every comfort.
Studio in the heart of the city that offers the convenience of the central location together with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The house is entirely available.
The owners live a few blocks away and are at your disposal for any eventuality.
We speak English, Slovenian, Spanish and Italian of course :-)
The apartment is equipped with every comfort, for any further request we are at your disposal.
If you need something in the fridge on your arrival just ask and we will find it for you.
The kitchen and bathroom are however stocked with all the basic necessities.
The area is very central, in the heart of Trieste, and is one of the best served in the city for every need, both for pleasure and business trips.
A few steps from the apartment is the pedestrian area, all the best shops, the theater, various cinemas, restaurants, bars, cafes, night clubs and the main places of interest.
The area is served by any public transport.
Within 50 meters there are at least 4 different supermarkets, also with bio and vegan department. One right under the house, open 8-20.
In the immediate vicinity is the Trieste Court and the Maggiore Hospital.
At about 100 meters there is the largest city park.
In the immediate vicinity there are two car parks 24h / 24h, on request we provide instructions for booking.

This apartment was in an amazing location with many great shops & restaurants but away from the city street noise. So accessible on the 2nd floor and an elevator if you don’t like stairs.
Cinzia was amazing, we booked last minute, because of issues with another VRBO property, and she answered all our questions (any time of day) and ensured a smooth welcoming self check in.
The bathroom was a great set up & the kitchen was clean and very well stocked. This apartment felt very comfortable and relaxing.
We visit family in Trieste regularly and would stay in this apartment again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Trieste apartment which was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a convenient location. The host let us drop our bags at the apartment and return later after check-in time which was very helpful.
