About this cottage rental
A beautiful cottage situated a short drive for Tullycross village in the Scenic area of Renvyle, Connemara. This perfect cottage offers style and modern conveniences. White sandy beaches, angling; sea fishing; pony trekking Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are all within a few minutes' drive. Tullycross village itself offers bars, restaurants and lively entertainment in the Summer months. The local towns and villages provide lots of places to eat and drink and have an abundance of shops which will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, golf and much more.
Facilities:
3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 is a twin room with 2 single beds (ground floor). Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a double bed and ensuite shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and ensuite shower. The large country style kitchen is bright and well equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cooker with electric hob and oven. A separate dining room with table and chairs to seat 6 offers spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. A separate utility room with fitted cupboards and worktop has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The living room has comfortable seating for 6 people along with an open fire. The views from this room are fantastic. The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink. Oil fired central heating throughout property. Ample on-site parking is available. Electricity and heating is metered and payable on usage. This is paid directly to the owner/caretaker on departure. Towels and linens are included. Wifi. No pets. Cot and high chair available on request. Garden Furniture.

The views from the cottage are spectacular. The place was clean and John, the property manager, was available for questions. The steep, twisty driveway down to the property was a challenge at times. I think it would help if the shrubs along the drive are cut back. The location was great. Close to our friends in Tully Cross and convenient for our daily trips throughout Connemara.

Lovely house, great location, beautiful views
BUT No blind on one bedroom rooflight. Cooker in an antique and no way to open rooflights.
Front door latch locked us out one evening.
