The house is situated in the historic center of Paulilatino (country that faces directly on the SS 131), from this location at the center of Sardinia you can easily visit all the beauties of the island, in particular the Santa Cristina archaeological site with its famous sacred well , the nuraghe Losa, the town of Oristano, the west coast with its beautiful beaches.
In addition, the town of Paulilatino and the surrounding area are famous places for the many traditional festivals with features horse racing: s'ardia (Paulilatino Sedilo), Palio de sos chinaos (Paulilatino), Sa carrela 'Nanti (Santu lussurgiu), Sa Sartiglia (Oristano), etc.
The house has a surface of 125sqm and is organized in two levels. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, two bedrooms, small garden and veranda with table.
The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Francesca hat alles möglich gemacht, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten. Die Kommunikation lief in sehr gutem Englisch und sie fragte mehrfach, ob wir alles haben was wir brauchen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Ort ist sehr dörfliche, perfekt zum Abschalten und entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und sogar ein Markt direkt am Haus findet einmal in der Woche statt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Der Empfang war sehr gastfreundlich und wir konnten Francesca jederzeit erreichen. Der Innenhof hat einen wundervollen italienischen Charme und bleibt auch den Tag über recht angenehm kühl. Man kann bis spät abends draußen sitzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Au carrefour des 2 autovías pour une très bonne mobilité pour diversifier les activités, entre visites archéologique, montagnes en parque naturel ou bien plages. Quant à l'accueil de Francesca et ses parents, très chaleureux de toute confiance.

We really had a fantastic stay in Francesca´s house in the middle of Paulilatino. Francesca is a very, very wonderful host: reliable, very friendly and always helpful. The house is very clean and we can confirm all the things of the description. We had the pleasure to stay in Paulilatio during a festival. All the people were very, very friendly and wie really had a wonderful time. Furthermore we recommend to visit the Pizzeria Mystik, if you can find it.

My wife and I found this property to be excellent. Its location is ideal: very easy access to entry/exit points of the town, a quaint, old-world setting in the historical district, and, within a few yards, a mini supermarket, a meat market, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable store, a pharmacy, and the Atzori museum. From the master bedroom window you can see what eels and species of fish are on offer each Wednesday morning since the outdoor market is just out the front door. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, and silverware. The washing machine, on the upper floor, is only steps from the balcony containing the clothesline and clothes drying rack. Upon arrival, Francesca's parents greeted us and unhurriedly acquainted us with the features of the house. When we did need to contact Francesca (which we did a couple of times since we don't speak Italian), she responded immediately. The only aspect of the house that would have made it yet more comfortable is if the bathroom shower stalls were a bit larger. Overall, our month's stay was excellent and in the upper echelon of houses we've rented in the 13 years we've been going annually to Europe.
