Comfortable independent apartment with 2 bedrooms in Mancaversa, just 5 km from Gallipoli and just 1km from the beautiful beach of Lido Pizzo.
L 'apartment is brand new (2009) and completely independent site in Marina di Mancaversa (just 500m from the center of the navy) and only 500 meters from the sea.
low floor (light basement) with private entrance, 5 beds, well furnished, comprising kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, double bedroom, second double bedroom with two single beds (if necessary you can also join as a single bed) , 1 sofa bed for one and a half room, 1 bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, garden and private parking in the garden (no garage).
The outdoor garden is the property and can be used safely for any BBQ or for children to play. The garden can also be used as private car ownership for parking your car.
In the apartment there are also a fan and washing machine.
The supply of sheets and towels is not included in the price.
The upper floor is not inhabited.
The apartment is about 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and just 1 Km from Lido Pizzo.
Near the house there are services such as: supermarket, supermarket, pizzeria, restaurant, bar, lounge bar, service station, church, hairdresser, bakery, house with local events and festivals, pastry, fry, soccer fields to 5, tennis, pharmacy, fishmonger, butchery ... etc.
The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment is 5.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose. Casa come da foto, anzi migliore direi. Proprietari deliziosi,gentili e accoglienti. Marina di Mancaversa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare le migliori spiagge del Salento. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

La casa era veramente pulita, comoda e grande fornita di tutto ciò che serve e corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Ad esempio le pentole ( che spesso scarseggiano e sono in condizioni poco accettabili ) erano tante e in ottime condizioni. Ad ogni necessità intervengono con sollecitudine, disponibilità e grande gentilezza i proprietari Carmelina e Salvatore ai quali va il nostro più sincero "grazie" per averci fatto sentire a casa.

Casa molto bella! Appena arrivati ci ha colpito subito la pulizia generale della casa (impeccabile!!). La casa è spaziosa ed è situata in una via molto giovanile! E come non parlare dei proprietari di casa: persone a dir poco SPLENDIDE! Ci tornerò!

Appartamento grande, fresco e attrezzato con tutto quello che potrebbe servire. È situato in una posizione strategica per visitare agevolmente tutto il Salento. Zona tranquilla ideale per la famiglia. Nelle immediate vicinanze si può trovare un supermercato, l'edicola, locali e l'accesso al mare. L'accoglienza che ci hanno dato Carmelina e Salvatore non ha paragoni.
