About this villa rental
It is a charming villa between sea and mountain located in Balagne, very beautiful region of Corsica which combines the pleasures of the sea and mountainside villages. It is available for rent only a few weeks in the summer. If you want more information than the ones given in this announcement, you can reach me at 06/81/45/00/91. Comfortable villa with private pool (10 x 4 m), tastefully decorated, 4 bedrooms, large terrace of 60 m2, landscaped garden of nearly 2,000 m2 with beautiful olive trees and a ball field very friendly!
You can relax by the pool enjoying a magnificent circular view of the sea, Cap Corse, the Ile-Rousse Valley, the surrounding villages and the mountain (sun loungers, double bench, hammock ).
The house is located at the end of the hamlet of Palmento (Santa Reparata di Balagna), quiet and only 10 minutes from the beaches of L'Île-Rousse, Bodri and Ghjunchitu, 15 minutes from the beaches of Lozari and Algajola and 25 minutes from the beaches of Ostriconi and Calvi. The roads to access the beaches also benefit from very beautiful points of view.

Belle maison très confortable, environnement superbe et très calme. Piscine, terrasse et jardin top. Belles prestations , avec de surcroît un accueil chaleureux. Tout était parfait.

Retour pour la seconde fois dans ce Paradis étoilé, dans la quiétude de ta maison, Laure, que nous avons retrouvée avec un très grand plaisir ! A 2 comme à 7, adultes ou grands ado, les avis sont unanimes ! Que dire, que tu ne saches déjà, que pour nous c’est devenu notre petit bout du monde, notre havre de paix, assis tout simplement à regarder le jeu sans fin de la lumière! Pour de futurs occupants: à choisir les yeux fermés !

Une localisation incroyable, au dessus de L'Ile Rousse, en plein coeur de la Balagne et de ses si jolis villages, tout près de magnifiques plages.
Une vue à couper le souffle: la mer, la montagne, le village de Santa Reparata...
Une maison qui a un charme fou et surtout une histoire...pas quelque chose de fait uniquement pour la location.
Terrasses, coin apéro, chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, piscine...tout est parfait !
Une propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes: présents de bienvenue, réponse à toutes les questions, conseils avisés...
Bref un endroit de paradis... où l'on reviendra certainement !!
