Appartamento praticamente nuovo,pulito e attrezzato,fronte lago ,letti comodi cucina attrezzata per ogni evenienza.Posto auto riservato.
Phon per capelli va potenziato, per il resto tutto ok

PRO - Stabile ben tenuto e interni ben ristrutturato, in chiave moderna con arredo altrettanto valido; - Posizione ottima e altamente strategica ; - Posto auto riservato all'interno del cortile, con area delimitata riservata ai condomini; - Terrazzino con giardino.
CONTRO - Ricezione pessima (con qualunque operatore!), per parlare al telefono occorre posizionarsi in prossimità delle finestre. Per navigare poi.... Lasciamo stare! Problematica che si sarebbe potuta ovviare con un WiFi da fornire ai clienti. - Lavatrice assente, peccato...in quanto in bagno sono presenti già tutte le predisposizioni; - Macchina caffè assente: sarebbe stato gradito trovarne una e poi ogni organizzarsi per le le capsule che più preferisce - Forno microonde assente: questo, a mio avviso, aspetto più grave. Con un investimento davvero minimo oggigiorno si sarebbe data una grande comodità al cliente. - Aria condizionata solo nell'ambiente soggiorno-cucina, in camera da letto si suda! Occorre lasciare le porte aperte per far girare il fresco
