Good location, good set out for a family. Prompt service if you have any maintenance issues.
You can't leave anything out in the kitchen overnight because of the beetles and cockroaches. There is no internet connection in the house for streaming media. A wireless connection doesn't cost much these days and the 4G reception is pretty decent it should be included for the price they charge. Air cons are loud and rattly and need some maintenance.
