About this apartment rental
Are you looking for a quiet rental but allowing you to access shops and beaches on foot, without having to systematically use your car? If so, this rental is for you!
I offer you a nice modern apartment of 60 m², with all the modern comfort, located on the ground floor of the family house, in a green setting, and composed of a garden planted with several fruit species.
Inside: a large living-dining-kitchen area with 1 window and 1 French window opening onto the terrace and the garden, 1 bedroom with window consisting of a double bed and cupboards, 1 bathroom, 1 independent WC.
Outside: 1 large shaded terrace on which you can take your meals, a garden of approximately 600 m² composed of numerous fruit trees (peach, plum, fig, citrus ...) and furnished with deckchairs and barbecue.
You can benefit from all the advantages of proximity to the sea. You will be located 200 m walk from the center of the village, the port and its shops, while being in a quiet, relaxing and sheltered from the noise of the center.
The departure of the customs trail is 400 m on foot. If you like walking, many other nature hiking trails are available in the town (I can tell you about the essentials to do).

We enjoyed the stay at Sylvie's apartment very much. Although our French language skills are quite limited, we nevertheless could solve all problems and questions. The garden (with the turtles) has been the favorite place of our young children (1 and 4 year old). Would do again any time :)

The house is very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a private car parking. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very pleasant with all the bedding you can need. Toilette and bathroom perfect. The location is very quiet and you'll feel free and safe.
Very close to the (few) amenities of Macinaggio and to the (many) beautiful places of Cap Corse.
The landlady is perfect.
