Appartamento moderno, ben attrezzato, pulito, con un grande balcone e una fantastica vista sul mare. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Hallo, hier ein paar hilfreiche Informationen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, beschriebenes Wohnungsinventar vollzählig. Bettzeug bedeutet Bettlaken, 2 Kopfkissen, 1 Lacken zum Zudecken und 1 Filztagesdecke für 2 Personen. Heizung ist nur im Schlafraum vorhanden, nicht im Wohnraum, daher sind bei kühlen und feuchten Urlaubstagen die Räumlichkeiten schnell klamm und muffig. Die Wohnung lässt sich sehr schnell quer lüften, Fenster sind genügend vorhanden. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht kippen und haben keine Gaze, daher haben Insekten jederzeit ein leichtes Spiel zu nerven (Fliegenklatsche sehr hilfreich). TV bedeutet nur französische Sender per Antenne, Internet-Anschluss bedeutet extrem langsame Verbindung bei Computernutzung ( 90 % timeout-Fehler beim Seitenaufbau), bei Smartphone kein Versand von Bildern per WhatsApp möglich, schaltet man WLAN aus und sendet per SIM-Karte existieren keine Probleme. Bei der sehr schönen Terrasse (SUPER Ausblick) sind die Gartenmöbel komfortabel, jedoch sind keine Sitz- und Liegeauflagen vorhanden. Es ist kein Terrassengrill vorhanden, sondern in der Küche ein Kombinations-Back-Mikrowellen-Grill-Gerät. Der Kleiderschrank ist nur eine Kleiderstange (siehe Fotos). Bitte diese Informationen nicht als Kritik auffassen, sondern als zusätzliche Hinweise für die nächsten Mieter, wenn man auf bestimmte Komfortdinge des Alltags nicht verzichten möchte.
