'Perla del Mare' means Pearl of the Ocean - the perfect name for this stunning property. Theres loads of interior space, including a big, light-filled living area with dining table, comfy couches and armchairs, flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to a tranquil garden, adding to the easy-breezy holiday feel.
Opening off this central space are three gorgeous big bedrooms all with queen beds (one also has an en suite, while another has sliding-door access to the back garden). The garden is an absolute oasis. On the large rear timber deck, youll find an outdoor dining setting and barbecue, perfecting for a relaxing afternoon or evening amid tropical plantings which enhance the relaxing seaside ambiance. For indoor cooking, theres a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and dishwasher. Numerous designer touches including the pitched ceiling, polished aggregate concrete and timber floors, and quality furniture make this a particularly desirable holiday property, while features such as the built-in wardrobes and large laundry/utility room are a bonus for longer stays. Theres also reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a carport and video intercom.
As well as being a hop, skip and a jump from the Aldinga Beach (popular for swimming, walking and fishing), its also handy to the shops and in a perfect location for exploring the numerous attractions of McLaren Vale and the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula.

Fabulous beach house just minutes from the beach with a private lush green garden outlook. Close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Clean and stylish house. We enjoyed our stay here, great communication with agents and the house is close to the beach.
Unfortunately there is construction about to begin next door and the noise impacted our first two mornings.
You need to be aware that none of the walls reach the ceiling meaning that noise and privacy is an issue.
Also the house has no internet. This was advertised but is surprising and inconvenient and it would be an easy fix to add this. Also no hair dryer.
But despite these, we loved our time here.
