This 170m² villa with very refined modern decor, on one level, is nestled in a 2000m² garden.
Its south-southwest orientation will allow you to take full advantage of the sun as well as its swimming pool of 9 x 4.50, secured by a barrier.
The idleness operation can start on the deckchairs.
The outdoor shower will refresh you if you don't want to swim.
When at home it was built with two wings and a central room:
Wing 1 is composed of:
- 1 parental suite with 1 bed 160, TV, (+ walk-in shower)
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
Wing 2 is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet
As for the central part of the villa, it will be able to welcome you during its stay where we have made all the amenities available for young and old (TV, DVD, and wifi).
It retains its convivial aspect by the American kitchen fitted out with all the required comfort (small appliances)
Your meals can be taken inside (table that can seat 8 people) or outside (for 10 people) on a covered and sheltered terrace, if you wish a barbecue evening you have at your disposal a barbecue.
From the terrace you have direct access to the swimming pool and the garden.
This environment will allow you to benefit from this tranquility with a wild landscape unique to Corsica.

Compulsory end of stay cleaning: 150 euros
Tourist tax: € 0.50 / day and per adult, free for children.

Un bel aménagement intérieur comme extérieur. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, la cuisine-salon donne sur une belle terrasse sans vis à vis. La piscine, très bien entretenue, et l immense terrasse, sont un plaisir pour se délasser.

La villa est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La zone extérieure est superbe nous avons bien profité du barbecue, de la piscine et de la terrasse. À l'intérieur la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées d'une climatisation individuelle (très appréciable) ! Et 3 salles de bain ce qui est bien pratique pour les grands groupes.
La localisation de la villa est stratégique pour visiter le sud-est de la Corse et profiter des belles plages à proximité (par ex. santa-giulia à 25min début juillet).

Séjour magnifique dans une superbe villa très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre.
La propriétaire a été très attentionnée par ses informations et par son cadeau d’accueil.
Quand à notre accueil il a été très agréable avec un très bon contact.
Je recommande vivement cette villa car les propriétaires en prennent soin et mettent tout en œuvre pour le bien être des locataires
J’avais une petite appréhension sur le passage des avions mais cela n’a pas été un problème du tout
Nous avons passés une semaine formidable en famille de 9 personnes

Magnifique villa dans un cadre qui ne l est pas moins . Tout le confort annoncé est présent . L intérieur comme l extérieur sont spatieux et très fonctionnels .
Nous étions une famille de 10 adultes et avons pu partager des moments merveilleux .
La communication avec nos hôtes est parfaite .
Je recommande et je reviendrai .
