About this apartment rental
A lovely furnished air-conditioned 1st floor apartment perfect for couples, young families, and the golfing enthusiast. Ideally situated for golfers of all standards and within walking distance of the famous Finca Cortesin golf course where the Solheim Cup Golf Tournament is due to take place in September 2023.
Just across the road from the apartment there is also a 9-hole golf course with a bar and restaurant where they provide a weekly programme of live entertainment in the evening.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with marble floors throughout.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.
The master bedroom contains a double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 comprising of two 3ft single beds that can be joined together to make a large double bed, built in wardrobes and a second bathroom off the hallway.
Spacious Lounge/diner comprising of a large sofa, dining table, TV, DVD player & free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors leading onto a balcony with bistro table and chairs overlooking the communal gardens, ideal for that early morning cuppa or evening drink.
Off the patio there are stairs leading up to a large private secluded roof terrace with outdoor seating ideal for sunbathing and watching the sun go down at the end of the day.
The complex has a large communal pool and paddling pool with a lifeguard on duty throughout the season and is set in beautifully well-maintained gardens.
The apartment also has an allocated secure parking space underground.
The local sandy beach is a 15-minute stroll away and there you will find a couple of fantastic chiringuitos and other beaches can be reached by taking a stroll along the promenade to Sabinillas and the lively Puerto Duquesa where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and a buzzing nightlife.
The lovely typically Spanish town of Estepona is a 15minute drive from the apartment where you will find a variety of beach bars, restaurants, and shops.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum. Sehr gepflegte Apartmentanlage. Die Kommunikation zu der Vermieterin und zu Suzanne und Bob vor Ort war sehr angenehm.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, gerade in Corona Zeiten hätten wir nicht gedacht so eine schöne und sorgenfreie Zeit zu haben.
Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.

Had a lovely 9 days in Casares Del Sol. Lovely apartment, comfortable with some nice little touches. Plenty of equipment provided. Key holders were helpful. All you need for a peaceful central week or two away.

Un apartamento muy equipado y limpio. No falta de nada, camas muy comodas y sitio ideal en una zona tranquila. Perfecto para ir con los niños, a 15 minutos de estepona y de sotogrande. La dueña muy atenta y simpatica. Volveria sin pensarlo.

Muy bien equipada, las zonas comunes están perfectas y la terraza del atico es una pasada.
La zona de playa muy tranquila (para mi perfecto) y si quieres más ambiente lo encuentras muy cerca, Puerto Duquesa por ejemplo.
