A localização não poderia ser melhor. A tranquilidade do condomínio contrasta com boas opções de comércio da região. A casa te conquista logo de cara com uma ótima área que reúne a piscina, o deck e a churrasqueira. Os cômodos são confortáveis e funcionais. Isso tudo com o apoio da Cristina, sempre pronta pra esclarecer algumas dúvidas. Foi uma ótima experiência que tem tudo pra ser repetida, principalmente em dias mais quentes.

A proprietária sempre acessível, muito doce e amável, preocupada com o bem estar de todos na casa. A casa é aconchegante. A parte da piscina um atrativo pra toda a família, com churrasqueira e forno a lenha. Certamente voltaremos!
