La déco, la propreté, les équipements, la terrasse, la cuisine bien équipée, la grande tablée pour famille nombreuse, au moins 18 pers à table dedans comme dehors. La disponibilité de la propriétaire.
Parking trop petit pour 4 voitures (pour les 2 gites).
Enchevêtrement des pièces: chambres à traverser la nuit pour aller aux wc, dans la pièce principale ou pour sortir. Gênant pour des couples d amis, mais peut être bien pour des enfants ou de la famille.
Proximité des autres maisons ou gîte, donc ne pas prévoir une fiesta 😅

The parking was private and secure. The showers were nice.
The double bed was a sofa bed that sank in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The rooms were a bit cluttered and smelled musty. The towels and linen which we paid extra for were damp.
