Outside the gate there are beautiful hiking and running trails along the water as well as kayaking. A short walk across St Eriksbron is the whole of Birkastan's range of taverns and restaurants, including the popular restaurant street, Rörstrandsgatan. Very good communications with proximity to the blue and green subway and just outside the gate bus 59 stops, which takes you to the city.
