Experience this beautifully designed, newly built apartment perfectly situated close to both water and nature. The home is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, featuring a stylish bedroom with oversized hotel pillows, high-quality linens, and a balcony with stunning water views. Relax on the cozy Sweef sofa (which easily converts into a bed), or gather around the dining area to share meals and enjoy quality time with your family.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances - oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer - along with a new TV, Nintendo, and fast internet for your entertainment. Conveniently located right by the water, with easy access to public transport and on-street parking just outside the apartment.
You will have the whole apartment to yourself with proximity to the water and walking distance to a beautiful nature reserve.

This home is equipped with a Minut device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbours are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound.
This home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties and no smoking is allowed inside.

It is a beautiful apartment, very quiet, clean and nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable visit or even a longer stay. We liked the neighborhood and near by restaurants. Plus it is close to the train station!
