Overlooking the Cretan Sea, Penelope Home is a 195 sq. m. coastal getaway in Panormos, offering expansive views and timeless charm. Originally built in the early 20th century, it still echoes its heritage through arched stone walls and vintage details, while seamlessly incorporating all modern comforts. This inviting two-storey home is ideal for restful, family-friendly beach holidays, accommodating up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Conveniently, it sits within walking distance of the beach and essential amenities.


Layout


Upon entering the ground floor, a staircase leads directly to the first floor, where a spacious open-plan area awaits, comprising the living and dining rooms. The seating area includes a cosy sofa, armchairs, a 49" HDTV, and a PlayStation 4, and it opens onto a balcony with stunning sea and sunset views. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and also features a water filter and a secondary dining area.
Three of the homes bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Connected to the master bedroom, separated by a sliding door, is a twin bedroom, creating an ideal arrangement for families with children. This bedroom has direct access to a balcony overlooking the garden below, which can be reached by an external staircase.
Additionally, a third bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.


Ascending the staircase from the dining area brings guests to the attic, which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting area, an ideal spot to enjoy panoramic views and the refreshing sea breeze.
Accessed through the master bedroom, the final bedroom is separated by a door for privacy. This fifth bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double upon request and offers direct access to a balcony equipped with a relaxing two-seater hot tub.


Last but not least, the garden on the lower floor offers a generous lawn area surrounded by trees, an ideal space for children to play safely. The BBQ area, set beneath a charming pergola, features a charcoal grill, a steel oven, and an outdoor sink, providing everything you need to try your hand at delicious Cretan recipes.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
