Very clean, great location, friendly owner and staff, very welcoming and thoughtful.
The center bathroom has a tiny shower with shower curtain clinging to the body and little water pressure. The upstairs shower has good water flow.

It was a very nice and good organized location. We had some problems with the pillows and they bued straight new ones.

Firstly, the location was perfect. It was next to the beach which had free sunbeds and a very clean water. It was also located at a perfect distance from the restaurants so you can grab something to eat anytime you'd like. When we arrived, the villa was very clean and organized. Penelope made sure we had everything we needed (coffee,fruits,water,etc) and she welcomed us with some greek donuts which she made herself. The villa is great for whatever type of vacation you came for. You can either stay inside and enjoy the facilities she has or you can visit the beautiful village Panormous. We also went a little further to Elafonisis Beach which was the highlight of our trip. The price was very good considering we were 10 people. Before you leave make sure to write in the journal Penelope left for you on the dining room table. All in all, i would definitely recommend you to choose Penelope's home as your house during your trip to Crete.
