Cliff Bay, just 10 minutes Gravenhurst is the perfect choice for summertime vacations and all year round for family milestone events & friend getaways. Our private escape has spectacular views of Lake Muskoka & backs onto the Gravenhurst Brydons Bay Trail, a 1.3 KM loop for hiking/ snowshoeing.

An entertainment/games room with 65 inch Smart HD TV and stereo system; 3 large bathrooms with spacious glass showers, rain shower heads and a soaker tub; the expansive screened in Muskoka Room, a reading library loft and much, much more all insure your comfort and enjoyment.
Outside the large cedar deck with Gas BBQ and wrought iron table with seating for 12 and shade umbrella is nestled in the pines overlooking Cliff Bay.
A 50 ft shoreline dock combined with the 25ft. T-dock provide great shallow entry via a sandy shoreline and deep water swimming. Boat docking in protected Cliff Bay with perfect boating access to the Big Three lakes and close proximity to Muskoka Bay Wharf with great restaurants and shops.
Celebrate your evenings at the spacious fire pit grotto area and roasting marshmallows under the stars.
When you arrive at Cliff Bay you will appreciate the house has been professional cleaned and set up for your arrival by a caring and dedicated team.

Short-term rental license number STR-23-001 in Gravenhurst, Ontario.
As per the Town requirements 4% MAT tax is collected and within the posted rates on this booking portal. As well the town requires a signed Renters code of conduct. This will be e-mailed for guest signature prior to their stay.
The rates on this portal reflect fees that both the renter and rentee pay.
The property exposure is primarily south and south west, The waterfront is approximately 98 feet of natural shoreline, accessible via a short staircase and sloping path past Canadian Shield rock face. As you make your way down to a 50-foot shoreline dock and a 12x22-foot t-dock. Shallow swimming is available from the side dock, and clear, deep water swimming from the main dock.
The main dock is suitable for watercraft and water plane access. Light (canoe, kayak) and power watercraft are readily available in the area.
In addition to the listed amenities we have

* Two Full Size Fridges
* Regular range oven and small counter size oven if needed
* Other small appliances: hand mixer, blender, 4-slice toaster x2 and so much more

My family stayed for two nights over the holidays. Beautiful cottage and property. There were 10 of us in the group and we had lots of room in the cottage. We especially loved the TV/ games room for the kids!
