The space had three bedrooms, a large living room, large kitchen and dining area and it was comfortable to rest in on a very rainy stay. The kitchen appliances were new (fridge, stove, oven, microwave). There was space in the alley behind to park, which was more convenient than parking in front.
It was not clear from the listing that the property was a mid-terrace house. The walls were super thin and we could hear the nieghbors watching television at all hours of the day and into the night, until 1 am. There was also precious little in the kitchen. There was no soap to wash dishes or do laundry. As such, all the dishes in the place looked like they were only wiped clean and not really washed. There wasn't a dishwasher either, so we had to get soap from the shop. The pots and pans were scratched and old, and it was extremely difficult to cut any food with the dull knives available.
