Great location, very clean and Joao was a great help with recommendations and being flexible with our breakfast schedules.
It was rather cold in the hallways and kitchen .. some heating, rugs or carpets would make it much cozier - although we were there for the coldest season

Comfy beds, nice room, good breakfast, friendly host and contact less checkin.
Even though the beds were comfy for people taller than 190 cm they were short.

Spacious room, good breakfast
Room didn't match the description, as far as amenities go (it seems I got a different room).
I had to pay a late check in fee (which is fair) but I was requested in cash with no receipt.
The blinds in the room didn't close fully so a lot of sunlight comes in the morning, enough to get dressed by. Rather noisy too, you could hear someone coughing two rooms away.
