This house was on the Georgetown House Spring Home Tour. Award winning Interior Decorator did home. Heart of Georgetown, Parking , 5 minute walk to Metro. Restaurants surround you and the best Bistro is within a one minute stroll.House has a fire pit , a outdoor grill, grape arbor, Restoration Hardware furniture, fountain , outside bar and beautiful hanging lights make this outdoor space stunning. The library in in a lacquered chocolate brown with a smart tv and WIFI above the fireplace with a gorgeous bar. the great room has 4 sets of French doors a fireplace and a 70" TV complete with Netflix .Sonos system, cathedral ceilings and desk area, and a 72" sofa and two matching club chairs. A long farmers market table that sits 12 sit in the area with three beautiful chandeliers .Open concept kitchen with Bosc appliances and a stainless sub-zero. Boos butcher block table and separate ice machine. double oven and light filled. a powder room and closet completes the main floor.
The Second floor Master includes a 60" tv a queen bed with 1000 count monogramed designer sheets, heated bathroom floors with a rain shower head and heated towel rack, a smart tv is above the jacuzzi tub and 4 new mirrored doors to help you dress. a Vanity with a tv with plenty of counter space and drawers,as well as pull out rods for hanging new purchases, 4 windows flood the master dressing room with light.
The second Bedroom is a king size bed with 1000 count designer sheets a beautiful custom vanity with make-up mirror and shagreen dresser. The bedroom includes a sitting area with a love seat , chair and coffee table. Monogramed Swedish duvet cover all in a beautiful blue and white design.
Second floor bathroom includes a Carrara marble shower and vanity filled with anything you might have forgotten

Our charming host Michele welcomed us personally, was quick to respond to questions, and provided all the thoughtful amenities. (Even a milk frother for our coffee:) Designer touches throughout the house and garden added charm to the very comfortable and welcoming spaces. The location is perfect for a walkable Georgetown experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect small house for family of four. Teen boys shared the king size bed in upstairs bedroom with full nearby bathroom and parents used the master bedroom, which has a queen and en suite bathroom. Kitchen and living space all spacious with patio. Parking spot. Can walk to market for butcher, groceries and ice cream. Park is close by for pickleball, tennis or playground. It was a nice way to stay for six nights. Parking around DC reasonable and we were happy to have our own car.

The house is lovely! The large decorative objects everywhere take up a lot of counter space and the cushions on the seating bench make it almost impossible to actually sit. The sheets in the blue bedroom have no elasticity left so I had to remake the bed every morning as the sheets completely came off the mattress while my son was sleeping. The heating is quite tricky, cold downstairs, very hot upstairs. We found that you had to completely turn off the floor heat, and lower the heat in living room a few hours before bed to cool the upstairs.
Other than those little home hacks, the house was amazing and Michelle was incredible!! She got us a parking permit, without which we would have had no place to park our car as there is no on street parking.
