  In summer, the apartment is the perfect starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours. A golf course is nearby.
Popular excursion destinations are the Krimml Waterfalls (16.2 km), the Hahnenkamm (15.6 km) or the Casion Kitzbühel (19.1 km)

In winter it is only a short way to the Smaradgbahn with the longest, illuminated toboggan run in Europe (Smaragdbahn I 0.8 km and Smaragdbahn II 3.5 km). The Wennser Glacier is perfect for beginners and children (Wennser Glacier II 0.8 km). There is an illuminated cross-country ski run and the Zillertal Arena ski area and the Kitzbühel Alps I panorama lift are only a few km away.
