Posto perfetto per soggiorni di pochi giorni legati al lavoro o allo studio. Il tavolo molto grande permette di studiare comodamente. La zona è centrale, l’appartamento è davvero bello e il letto molto comodo. Check‑in e check‑out semplici. Ottimo rapporto qualità‑prezzo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e un supermercato.

Per chi dorme leggero, le mura o la porta sono sottili, dalle 7 del mattino si sentono le persone parlare ad alta voce fuori. Inoltre, la luce entra dalle finestre anche con le ante chiuse. Consiglio di portare tappi per le orecchie e mascherina per gli occhi. Suggerisco al proprietario di installare delle tende: permetterebbero di far entrare luce durante il giorno senza però lasciare che chi passa in strada possa vedere dentro. Da tenere conto che nel mese di giugno c'è una grande festa di città e tutta la via diventa un ristorante. Letteralmente tavoli e sedie poste di fronte alla tua porta, non si dorme fino alle 4. Controllare sul sito del comune prima di prenotare

I‘ve spend 7 nights here and really enjoyed my stay. If you want an authentic Lisbon experience, it cannot get any more authentic living among mainly Portuguese and very friendly people. I watched them prepare their neighborhood for the Santos Populares festivities and had two nights through that. It was a special experience, but I‘m glad it was only two nights. Festivities or not, yes, it is a noisy street due to the original wooden front door, but that comes with the authenticity. If you’re in for that, it’s awesome. The contact for the accommodation always replied swiftly and very friendly. It was an easy check-in and check-out, a cleaned space on arrival and very comfortable bed. Internet was great too. No problems whatsoever there.

The siphon in the shower needs a check, water doesn’t drain down fast enough.

Location was perfect for my course at iseg, also supermarket and restaurants very close. Located in a no car area.

Quitte noisy (compared to Dutch houses)

Toilet is extremely small. It is very difficult for average person to take shower and turn inside. There is no AC and no TV. Street is very noisy during the night. Also before the stay accomodation send me scam link through OFFICIAL booking message to confirm booking. I followed the link and through this link the amount was taken by scammers. I paid for this studio twice and still waiting my refund. Later accomodation admitted that their computer was hacked. Be very careful with communication with property! They are very nice and they respond quickly but this was huge problem. Be aware of this. Always ask them to confirm if they really sending the message or not.
