Breakfast N/A. Location very good for scenic seaside views, shopping, cafes/restaurants, public transport and taxis.
Good location for bus station and airport.
Neighbours' barking dogs during daytime and night, although this is probably an issue throughout the area given the number of dogs in the vicinity, both attached to properties and seemingly roaming semi-stray.
The amount of dog excrement in public places is objectionable and surprising the local authority has not taken more action
Some other guests may usefully be reminded to have quieter conversations in the corridor.

Great value for money. It is convenient with everything i needed for a night. The fully equipped kitchen and attached bathroom were very handy as well.. The bed was comfortable enough for two. There is also a convenience store 2min away.
The room needs a little refresh. New pillow covers and some small paint touch up here and there
