    At this guesthouse, you help yourself to breakfast, you can have your laundry done and have any questions answered by the owner, Sylvane. She can help you with tourist info. , organise day trips and airport transfers. You can relax in the tv/lounge room and prepare your own meals in the kitchen. Admiralmahe is centrally located in Mahebourg, the old capital, and close to the market and the sea. It’s not a resort, but an opportunity to get close to local life.

    Roy's service was exceptional. The common areas are comfortable and delightfully decorated. The are waterfront views and we love a shared kitchen. Overall, excellent value for money and a great start to our holiday.

    Nice and clean, the host was up at 5am to wait for us since our flight got delayed. Also helped us a lot with information. The guest house is 2min away from the Mahebourg pier

    The owner had an unexpected emergency. Roy, a young aeronautical engineer stepped on to help them. He was wonderful. The room was large but faced the street and the buses and local markets are right out your window. It advertised breakfast, which was in communal kitchen. Ants everywhere, literally crawling all over the placements counters and utensils areas. Roy cooked my eggs and I supplied my own decaf. It is close to the waterfront but there are no beaches and it's a pretty dubious area. It's located in the KFC building and there was a homeless guy laying out front night and day. Avoid that area. Go to the NW, much better. I chose it for proximity to airport and it ended up being a waste of 2 days.
