About this house rental
Less than an hour outside of Austin lies the charming little village of Wimberley, TX. Wimberley embodies the beauty of the Texas Hill Country with gorgeous scenery, great views, spring-fed swimming holes, unique shops, idyllic wineries and wonderful restaurants. Time slows down in Wimberley and folks are extra friendly. Our eclectic little cabin sits right at the edge of town on several private acres and it awaits your visit!
We call our cabin the Bohemian with its mix of a clean, contemporary style, vintage finds and inspiration from the places we've traveled. The Bohemian is a two story cabin set at the top of a hill with open kitchen, dining and living areas full of natural light with a bird observation blind tucked into the junipers. The kitchen is fully stocked with an assortment of dishes, cookware and utensils in fun colors and styles. There is a bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower combo downstairs as well as a private door to the back deck. The upstairs is a loft bedroom and bathroom that we think of as the master suite, complete with a claw foot tub and great views of the Wimberley valley. Outside you'll find a spacious deck with a hot tub, twinkle lights, charcoal grill, fire pit and hammocks. As parents we appreciate family-friendly amenities, which is why we also supply a high chair, pack 'n play, baby gate, toys and books. This home is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Wimberley, but you might be tempted to never leave since everything you need for a great vacation is right here. Come experience a few days of hill country peace and relaxation.
Pet Fee:
Our pet fee is $50 each for friendly, leashed pets. Please declare pets at time of booking (max 2 pets without prior approval).
VRBO NOTE: Vrbo only charges one pet fee, so a 2nd pet fee will be added after booking, if applicable.
Eco-friendly amenities: level 2 EV charger, recycling, eco-friendly soaps, detergents & cleaning products, recycled premium paper products and a reverse-osmosis drinking water system (no need for plastic bottles)

The hosts were very welcoming and provided great dining suggestions. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and we enjoyed the bird blind, trails, and hot tub. Hoping to book again soon.

We had a nice stay. We had some issues with the heat not working but the owner was responsive in getting it fixed.

Great property in a quiet secluded neighborhood. House and amenities are great! Lovely views and a great back porch to enjoy them on. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to a burn ban. We would stay here again without question.

This place seemed nice...but I had a very weird paranormal experience there that I was subdued in my bed and couldn't breath or speak. I was terrified...and had to stay another night. Second night was still eerie feeling but nothing else happened. Overall...very clean though. Good amenities. Nice property.
