About this cabin rental
Secretariat is our most intimate cabin, made for couples and small families: a wider, single-level floorplan with black cabinetry, a barnwood accent wall and a patterned-tile shower, just steps from the resort pool.
It sleeps 4: a spacious private queen bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living area (no loft, no stairs). Unwind on the covered porch after a day exploring Wimberley.

- Full kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and wine glasses
- Private bathroom with a patterned-tile shower, towels and toiletries
- Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a streaming TV
- Covered porch with outdoor seating, picnic table and private parking

Your cabin sits right next to the pool and amenity area at Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort, 31 acres of ancient live oaks in the Texas Hill Country, between Austin and San Antonio. Guest amenities, all a short walk away:
- 3,000 sq ft resort pool with an elevated deck and sweeping Hill Country sunset views
- Two pickleball courts and cornhole boards
- Communal wood-burning fire pits, perfect for s'mores under the stars
- Indoor lounge with a pool table, plus a covered outdoor pavilion
- Grill area with propane grills
- 24/7 Trading Post (honor-system store) for snacks, drinks, essentials and firewood
- Fenced dog park under the oaks
- Laundry, open 24 hours

THE AREA
Jacob's Well Natural Area is about a 6-minute drive, and Wimberley Square's shops, galleries and restaurants, Blue Hole Regional Park, Wimberley Market Days and the Hill Country wineries are all close by.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM. 2-night minimum.
- Linens, bedding, bath and beach towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Coffee is provided; just bring your groceries.
- TV streams over our Wi-Fi (no cable).
- Up to 2 dogs welcome ($50 per pet).
- Non-smoking and non-vaping inside the cabin.
- Our friendly front-desk team is on site daily, and you'll get after-hours contact info at check-in.
