Really easy JS properties sent us the details of the keys and we had no issues getting them.
If there were some spare towels in the villa, the cleaners came and changed the towels once during the stay

This is a fabulous villa with excellent accommodation in terms of space and facilities. The pool is superb and the location great for town and local beaches. Its safe and ideal for families.
Paying top rates expectations were equally high. Property was superficially clean but more in depth cleanijng needed. ...light fittings skirters . Additionally....outside area is great but on arrival equipment left scattered around. eg badminton net and stand plus table tennis bats...as well as equipment being broken it was just left laying around(non of it usable owing to damage). It didnt affect our stay other than to highlight a greater need and care prior to handover.
