Olympic Hotel Gyumri

For the price paid, I cannot really complain much, hence I give it a 7. The hotel was located on a side street and it was quiet and also had lots of parking spaces available. The room itself was spacious and the bedding was clean. The room appeared pretty clean overall. The towels also appeared clean, but some were heavily stained. Breakfast was great and even the fact that it was included is already a big plus. The staff was very friendly. It was very cheap for what it offered.

The room we stained in had both entrance door and bathroom door pretty much in a bad condition - the entrance door was barely closing. One of the shower doors was missing, so the bathroom would get all wet. Some of the towels were heavily stained. The beds were pretty old and not very comfortable and the pillows were worn out. However, for a quick stay it was great.

Typical architecture and interior design, big rooms, very good breakfast. Very nice staff!

The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful and the laundry service was good too.

The hotel is old and not very clean, with bright white ceiling lights in the rooms (I've never been to a hotel without a bedside lamp), and the breakfast was not very appealing.
