The staff are friendly and helpful, google translate is excellent.. The location for us is perfect a little way out of Ho Chi Minh City, there is enough places to eat and drink nearby and you can always get a Grab easy enough. We stayed here last year and would recommend.

Good Hotel, easy to reach, and close to the bus terminal for the busses into the mekong delta.

The best part was the vicinity to bus station and the man at the front desk. He was kind and professional
The room was not clean and smelled of smoke . How can you still allow to smoke in a hotel nowadays. Also the bed and the pillows were uncomfortable.
